She is MASSIVE (24.5" tall!!!) with curves in all the right places- gorgeous "arms", intricately carved flowers, leaves, and detailing around each level of her "body". She stands atop a sturdy square on square base and rises to a gorgeous leafed "crown". Likely 1800s and perhaps originally an oil lamp, converted to an electric one only to return to an object d'art. She makes the most incredible vessel for flower arranging simply by resting a bowl among the leaves.
Her condition is typical of age with minor chipping and lining and she is priced accordingly.
